About Seledorwon, USA Inc.

With a passion to improve people’s lives and transform the communities of Boinsen District led to the foundation of Seledorwon USA in 1998. Seledorwon USA, Inc. was established at a meeting of communities of people residing in the United States from Boinsen District, Bong County, Republic of Liberia, West Africa. The organization received its 501(c)3 from the IRS in 2002.

We worked on a rice farm, brushing undergrowth until we moved to the United States of America. We brushed the undergrowth with a cutlass, fell trees with axes, planted rice with hoe walks long distances to fetch drinking water before coming to the USA.

Utilizing our experience and expertise and the help that we get from our American friends, we endeavor to improve agriculture, potable water, and sanitation situations. We assist crop producers, control insects and promote diversity in the field of agriculture. Our projects are inspired by our passion to assist Boinsen District smallholders who deserve progress and success.
